“Values”

Take the time to think of what is important to you, your values.  Values are important things you live by, that guide your actions, beliefs, and goals throughout your life.  They are primarily your own values and not influenced by anyone else. Two things to note, first is that values are never attainable, meaning you won’t wake up one day and say, “I have enough knowledge, I don’t have to learn anything else.” The second thing is that values can change depending on what is going on in your life as you continue to develop and gain new experiences.  When you are living aligned with your values, you may be surprised as to the decrease in symptoms you are experiencing, but an increase in your self-esteem, confidence, and acceptance across situations and contexts. The reason for this may be because you are finally being True To You!
